COMPACT HOUSING EXPLAINED
Concept of Tiny House
It’s an affordable alternative providing only the essential and intelligently modular spaces for comfortable living. The houses are relatively tiny to the typical house. It consumes a smaller amount of energy in construction and operation, emitting lesser carbon waste and ecological impact.
Since the building industry consumes 40% of the global energy, a large-scale adaptation of tiny houses would greatly reduce the overall consumption. Join the tiny house movement today!

We put years of experience into designing a holiday home, guest house, home office or whatever you want VILLA 60 to be. With its natural materials and thoughtful design, the VILLA 60 wraps you in comfort.
Wood features a certain kind of sensitivity and consciousness, that has been demonstrated by scientific experiments. People have known for centuries that wood gives strength and helps maintain spiritual harmony.
Wooden walls ensure excellent insulation: the level of heat insulation is several times higher than that of a brick or concrete wall of similar thickness.
COMPLETELY PLUG & PLAY HOUSE
Imagine your favourite equipment in the bathroom and kitchen, delicate lights and smart sockets already placed where you would like them to be.
TINY VILLA IN VINKENVEEN
Nijdam’s tiny house is a true family project. Get to know the personal story behind it: learn how the interior and furnishing designer has realized his vision together with his father and built a tiny house that doesn’t feel tiny at all.
We wanted to make it feel more homely than most of the tiny houses that we have seen. It's also really personal to me because it has been a family project. It's a state that has been in my family for more than 50 years, and that's my connection to this new or tiny house that we have made.
And it was an old Caravan standing here, and my grandfather is now in his 80s. My dad and I decided to create something new here. And it was a passion thing. I've been working with my dad a little bit in the past as well, and we enjoyed working together. We were excited to design our own tiny house together.
It is a tiny house you come inside, but it doesn't feel tiny. There is a lot of glass you have a really good connection to the space around the house, which makes it feel spacious and comfortable. We wanted to create two bedrooms because we wanted to be able to enjoy it as a family, but also give a little bit of privacy. We wanted every bedroom to have its vanity.
I like this area over here because it's where you are, so you're right next to a lake. We have a boat here. So yeah, it's always it's really easy after a busy day to just kind of be outside and go for a swim or something and just let everything go and just enjoy.
The first time we came here, my grandparents were emotional. They were completely overwhelmed by everything that we made and now that we finished it. I can see that they're here and they are working in the garden and sitting outside reading a newspaper in the sun. It made me feel really happy that day that we created something that they could enjoy.

ABOUT US
"Less is More" Aesthetics
The first impression of a product is often visual, making aesthetics very important. We focus on the essential elements and eliminate unnecessary components to create cabins that are attractive, efficient and cost-effective.
The trend of minimalism is becoming more popular in the manufacturing industry. It means using fewer resources to create more efficient and sustainable products. By reducing the number of components and mechanisms used, we as a manufacturer can reduce environmental impact while still producing high-quality products. Additionally, less material also means lower costs, making the products more affordable.
